Check-In:
Check-in with your computer, tablet or smartphone conveniently online before arrival via our electronic guest data sheet (we will send you in advance by email). You will then receive your personal access code on the day of arrival via SMS to the mobile telephone number you have entered in the guest data sheet and can check in into your apartment between 1 and 10 pm. Earlier or later check-in only available on request!
Check-Out:
until 11 am, the very latest. If you intend to check out later than 11 o'clock, please keep in mind that we have to clear the apartment and that your key code will loose its validity after 11 am. Later check-outs are possible, but only upon request.

Ski bus transfer
The Kufsteinerland ski bus schedules for your comfortable ride into the skiing fun. The free shuttle bus provided by the Kufsteinerland goes to the following ski areas: Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski world, Ski area Zahmer Kaiser, Hochkössen-Unterberg, Tirolina Mountain Railway Hinterthiersee and Ski area Thiersee-Mitterland.

In the center of Kufstein there are public car parks and park house. The access roads to these and other parking lots are signposted accordingly.

Cancellation:
Cancellations until 7 days prior to day of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the agreed upon move-in date will be charged under the following terms:
* Up to 6 days prior to the move-in date: 100 % of the entire rental sum for the agreed upon rental period;
* No Show: 100% of the entire rental sum.
Payment:
The entire booking sum according to your reservation (with additional charge of our city tax, EUR 2.00 per person and night) will be reserved on your credit card upon the last day of free cancellation. On your day of arrival, we will charge your credit card with the full booking amount. Your invoice will be sent to you via email. If you wish to state an alternative invoice address, please let us know beforehand.
Cleaning (final cleaning is included in our prices):
We kindly ask you to keep in mind that all apartments are NON-SMOKING units and that smoking is prohibited on the premises (an extra cleaning charge of EUR 150,00 applies upon violation of this rule). Of course we are happy to offer you the possibility to smoke on the respective balcony. An intermediate cleaning incl. or excl. bed linen & towel change is available upon request. On each balcony is a waste container, which is emptied occasionally.
